Manufacturing Process
Each Prairie Stone Co. product is cast in controlled conditions to ensure dimensional consistency and a clean, uniform finish. We use high-strength concrete mixes formulated for Alberta's climate — including freeze-thaw additives that protect the product through decades of seasonal cycling.
Our integral colour process ensures colour runs through the full depth of each piece — not just a surface coating. This means chips and weathering don't reveal a grey core, and colour stays true long after installation.
Products are cured under controlled conditions before shipment, ensuring consistent strength from batch to batch and season to season.
